There’s more than meets the eye at the Milwaukee County Zoo, and for one day only, animal sponsors will get the chance to visit areas of the Zoo where guests are rarely allowed! As the Zoological Society’s way of saying thanks to the amazing people who support the Zoo’s animals, animal sponsors will get a behind-the-scenes look at the Zoo, with guided tours led by knowledgeable Zoo Pride volunteers.

Are you ready to go biking by the bears, cruise past the camels, and wheel around the seals? Ride on the Wild Side is the one day a year you can ride your bicycle around Zoo grounds. Riders can choose from the family-friendly 2.5-mile loop or try to conquer the longer 10-, 17-, or 27-mile routes. All participants will enjoy a long-sleeved event day T-shirt, a delicious breakfast and lunch, and a full day to explore the Zoo!

Enjoy not-so-scary family-friendly activities including a Trick-or-Treat Trail, live pumpkin-carving demonstrations, dazzling light shows and…ANIMALS! All ghosts and goblins (and their parents) are encouraged to come in costume!
